Contact details including telephone numbers, addresses and email addresses of customers are always kept entirely confidential, as are photographs which are mailed or emailed to me. I never sell or pass on any customer information to anybody, whether you end up commissioning a piece of work or not. If you decide not to go ahead, I won’t keep your details on record and will not email you if you are not signed up to the email list. If you commission a piece of work I will keep a scan of your finished artwork on file in case you ever want to order another piece or an extra print. See full Privacy Policy.

Clients have a 7 day money back guarantee from the date of paying in full, or the first instalment to cancel the order. In this case there will be a full refund. Cancellations must be made by email.
After 7 days, refunds will not be possible due to artist time, administration and so on.
It hasn’t happened yet – but if you are not completely happy with the scan of your artwork and I will try to change it to your satisfaction.
Likewise if you receive your portrait and are not happy, you can contact me within 7 days to discuss. If it needs to be returned for alterations, the client must cover the cost of all postage required.
If the artwork were to be lost or damaged in transit, then you should send me a photograph of the damage immediately. Depending on the extent of the damage, the artwork can be returned and a new portrait will be drawn at no cost.

Payment and Price Rises
To commission a piece of artwork, payment must be made in full before the work can begin. You can pay in instalments, but payment must be complete before the work can start.
In the event of a price rise, I will always honour the price shown on the website at the time the customer commissioned the portrait from me. The portrait is considered commissioned once I’ve received the photo reference and been given the go-ahead by the customer to start work.
VAT and import duty may be liable in some countries and this is the sole responsibility of the client.
